  If I could give a 0 I would but that’s not an option. Horrible customer service. Been having issues with them since I moved into the storage there, and keeping getting told everything will be resolved still nothing is being done. They kept charging my old bank account for storage that I didn’t have as I canceled it due to over payments to begin with since I moved in. And I Was told when I moved out everything would be closed up and wouldn’t charge me anymore. Surprise they didn’t do it and just continued to charge my account.
